We as the Citizens of Knoxville demand that you expand Knox Area Transport (KAT) service to the Strawberry plains Department of Motor Vehicles and to Farragut and all points inbetween to help the Citizens and Visitors of Knoxville to gain better access to Identification and Employment opportunities.
