Womens Rights to having one extra day off per month

Fact: Women work harder than men; this is because they work at work and at home. But the difference between men and women is that women's bodies go through many hormonal changes through the month that men don't experience. This is unfair to expect women to work just as hard and even harder then men without listening to their bodies and avoiding their hormones.

I would like to request for women to have 1 (one) day per month off from work where they are paid and able to rest and allow their bodies to experience their menstrual cycles. Men and Women should be treated equally but the truth is our bodies are different. This rule will begin from the day women's menstrual cycle begins till they reach menopause.

Here is what one of our supporters stated:
“I have always experienced fairly violent side effects from my period, yet they are getting progressively worse. When my menstrual cycle begins I am fine for a couple of hours then I typically break into a cold sweat, and become pale and nauseous. Generally, vomiting and diarrhea ensues with extreme nausea and cramping and this persists for several hours. At this point the first day of my cycle is interfering with my life and I am not able to function for a period of time once a month.” Nathalie

Please help us in supporting our daughters, sisters, mothers, and loved ones in respecting their bodies and understanding that women’s and men’s bodies not being treated the same.

Thank you!
