Budget and adjusting Pastor Lossner's salary

Our donations are down and we need to make adjustments across the board which includes Pastor Lossner's salary, especially since he is classified Retired and as such must not work more than 20 hours a week per the requirement of the Lutheran Church Benefits Department. As Voter's and per the church constitution Article 6.1 we have authority to request the Elders and Finance committee to comply with our request.
