Demand on residential repairs and community safety issues

To improve the quality of life for residents at Spanish Trace.

As respectable residents, we demand the plumbing issues to be properly repaired with a new plumbing system as there have been continuous plumbing issues for residents for many years. Due to the fact that water/sewage will not be included in the rent in the future, this must be done so that we will not be charged for preexisting plumbing issues that waste water and essentially we will be charged for.

We also would like to have the following for the community for the safety of the children living here at Spanish Trace: Front entrance lighting for the children standing at the bus stop for school, lighting by the basketball court and a sign to indicate that "Children are at Play" with a speed limit of 5-10 mph for the vehicles that cut through the complex from the main streets.

We are advocating for a playground for the children in a safe place on the property so that they have a comfortable and enjoyable designated area for them.

As respectable residents we would like to be able to have access to the laundry card machine and the exercise room/gym for hours beyond the office hours of 9 am - 6 pm. We feel this is a very important issue to be resolved to better service the residents so that we will not have restricted hours as many of us work during open office hours.

We would like to see the laundry room lock reactivated and remain working for our safety and convenience.

We demand that new windows be given as the current windows are outdated causing an increase in our utility bills.
