Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) care for the elderly and those in rehab, sometimes spending more time with their residents than family members and others on the healthcare team. They wake them, dress them, help them to the bathroom, feed them, bathe them and spend time with them before they help them to bed.
CNAs spend their days overworked and underappreciated taking care of anywhere between 10 to 18 people. Don't they deserve to earn a living wage?
They care for us, we should care for them! Sign the petition and urge action: CNA's deserve to make at least $15 an hour.
