demand justice for puppy beaten to death by staff at Ankang university

a puppy went into a dorm at ankang university looking for shelter when security guards beat it to death the sacond time they have done something similar in 2 months . according to students the poor pup howled in agony as it was beaten . i am calling for their dismissal as the same incident happened before . they obviously have not learned anything
