Tell NYC Transit Authority to Approve Horse Carriage Ad!

The New York City Transit Authority is banning an ad that would warn commuters about the dangers of horse carriages. The public service announcement, created by Last Chance for Animals and NYClass, was rejected due to guidelines banning political advertising on public transit.

The anti-horse carriage ad does not promote any political party or message. It simply states these facts: "79 Traffic Incidents. 20 People Injured. 12 Horses Killed. How Many More?" It promotes traffic safety, and is completely appropriate as a public transit ad.

Commuters have the right to know about the dark side of horse carriages. Please sign the petition to urge the New York City Transit Authority to approve the anti-horse carriage ad!
