Improve Johnson University's Student Accounts and Financial Aid Department

Many students both past and present, have had regrettable experiences with the Financial Aid department at Johnson. These experiences include but are not limited to: receiving hidden fees at the end of a semester, having classes dropped due to a mistake that was made by the financial aid department, and having to discontinue education at Johnson in the midst of pursuing a degree due to a fee that was made known to them after registering for classes. Many students have been over charged, which in my particular case took months to correct. Too many students are missing out and not being taken seriously by Student Accounts and the Financial Aid Department at JU. Their system, methods, and statements are contradictory at times; they are often far too inconsistent. It is time we bring attention to these issues, causing them to reevaluate their methods, attitudes, and processing system, it is time we stand up for ourselves and expect respect, truth, and straightforward answers from Student accounts and the financial aid department at Johnson University. We are taking a stand to make a difference, that being said, I would like to keep these few scriptures in mind as we strive to improve Johnson University. It is important that we speak without sin and in love. Ephesians 4:29 Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear. I believe we should state our issues , many of you have while maintaining an attitude of peace and intentions of positive change.
