Stop killing homeless dogs in Baku, Azerbaijan!

There is a private non-government organization for stray animal rescue in Azerbaijan.We love animals so much,so spend a lot of our time by caring and looking after injured either by car or weapons animals.There is also non-government organization which brutally kills stray animals which we try to save all the time.The Government knows about them and supports them even if we have a written law to protect all type of animals.In addition,very often when they are run out of bullets,those cruel people use simple rust nails to shot into innocent loyal dogs.
Nobody cares what we say and how much we try to protect them,and take care of them.The Government doesnt let us to have any sort of protest to show our compassion for animals and this problem.They say that there is no such thing and there is no such problem.We really want to stop this dogs massacre.We are taking responsibility to spray and neuter the animals,just please stop the killing!But in addition,the Government doesnt even let us to open the animal shelter for homeless injured animals for their rehabilitation.We are not confident to start our spray and neuter project now,as we know they could be all brutally killed tomorrow ,by saying that they are sick and carry rabies which we know 100% is the lie as it has been proved by a few vets already.
Please Please Help Us to Be Heard!We are fighting with this animal cruelty and abuse for so many years and really want to see a better change in our country,as we all have children growing in such a mad and cruel world towards animals.Thank You one more time for considering to help Us!
