We demand that planned ambushes on our nation's police officers end immediately.

Recently there has been a national increase in planned violence directed towards police officers. They are being ambushed while performing their duty which includes keeping civilians safe. We are petitioning Congress to classify any wilfully planned act of violence directed towards a law enforcement officer on or off duty to be classified as an act of terror and the assailant (s) be prosecuted as a terrorist. The recent violent attacks are acts of terror. Law enforcement officers place their lives on the line daily to protect civilians. These brave men and women deserve the same level of protection that they provide.
