After 38 years of dedicated service to GHS, her students and faculty, the school board for GISD has decided to abolish the wonderful German program Frau Easley has worked so hard to develop over her career. As a former student of Sheila Ealey's I can not sit by and do nothing at the thought of the loss of such a wonderful program. Every year Frau Easley has multiple teams in State German Competition. She strives to pique student interest in not only the language, but also the beaty of the culture, going as far as to provide students the life changing oportunity to tour germany and experience it all first hand.
