Juvenille Justice

For months I cried out for help. Can some one please help me with my son. I am a single parent of four children inwhich 3 have already graduated High School and off to college. My youngest son started to act out after his father was remoed from the home. I tried seeking help for him but was told unless he commits a crime there is nothing that we can do. Age 15 2 months before my child turned 16. I notice that items where missing around the house I started to fall short of money out of my wallet. Then if that was not the worse the worse happened my son came home on drugs very disrespectful and and almost abusive. Which striked odd because he is not the violent type. I tried to get help. Apd said they could not do anything because he has not broken the law did he hit someone. I said no but he has punched a hole in the wall. Well unless he actually committs a crime there is nothing that we can do, said APD. They told me to contact victim services. They sad unless he has a proabation officer or has assaulted someone in the home there is nothing that we can do. I than called Boo Camps in the area they said they could not help me unless he has been referred by his probation officer. No one would help or give me resources that I need. Matters got worse as my son stopped going to school and stopped coming home at this point he is 16. I called him in as a runaway and again APD says they can not do anything but pick him up and return him home. Our Juvenile Detention Center said that they do not house teenagers unless instructed by the Court or Probation officer. Still i could get no help. All this time has went by and my son condition continued to get worse. He would beat on the door all times of the night, sleep in a broken car in the yard in 50 degree weather. I slowly watched my son disappear. Then one day at work I got a call that APD will kick in my door if i am not home within the hour.  I get home to learn that a neighbor said my son broke into her house and stole a computer so the have a search warrant to search my house and will force entry if i do not arrive. For 2 weeks the Police harrased my house looking for my son. I asked them why now because someone screemed victim. When i was a victim in my oen home trying to seek help for my minor son no one would help. But know that he is 17 and accused of robbery i got a whole police force looking for him.He has been locked up in Delvalle Correctional Institiute for 70 days plus and has been assualted twice since he has been there, by men over 35. Tell me America what is the Justice in that? My son could have been helped before this issue but the state failed me and now he sits in a grown man prison while the system jerks his rights to be housed in a Juvenile Facility .  Do not let the state continue to let parents like myself and our youth down.
