Demand an End to the Usage of Phones at Practice

The distractions of phones, at practice, has been an increasing problem. It's come to a point where our coaching has been diluted. I am concerned that if we don't do something now, the junior crew will not grow in their rowing ability, because people are distracted at practice.

What I want is to have a container where everyone (coaches and the junior crew) puts their phone into.
The phones, and any other distracting electronics, will be left in this container during practice hours and will be released when practice is over.
