dog breeders NEED licences! STOP PUPPY MILLS.
A petition for breeders to own special breeding licences, putting an end to puppy farms and enforcing a massive jail centence. the breeders would have regular checks and set laws to follow. Such as, no close breeding (inbreeding), how many times a bitch has a litter, there living conditions, who they sell to, the age there sold. Reducing pups being born and neglected. Meaning less dogs in shelters and being destroyed! This would put a STOP to youths or nasty people getting hold of strong breeds, overbreeding dogs as a business through cruelty, easy access to all breeds being used in dog fights or abused and killed for fun. It would also mean no bitch could have more than 1 little without a breeding licence or there dog would be removed. so neutering and castration would be enforced. This petition would work best joined with my other 'lincences for dog owners', so no dog could be sold or adopted without knowing the intensions or personality of the owner. so please check it out. This is my hope. please help make it happen.
