Make Non Medical Euthanasia Illegal!

Every day masses of dogs that are healthy are brought into a cold room and murdered. The shelters act like they don't have space but they also won't put dogs together in kennels. Newborn pups all the way to seniors are euthanized for just being unlucky and homeless. Not to even mention all the cats! If you aren't using euthanasia to help a terminally ill animal pass on then you shouldn't be using it at all!!!!
