White Athlete Let Off The Hook For Raping a Black, Disabled Teen: DEMAND ACTION!

Randy J Stoker is the judge's name you need to know. This is who let John Howard, a white football player who kicked a coat hanger up a disabled black teammates butt, off with zero jail time.

Howard and two other teammates repeatedly bullied the young man emotionally and physically. The survivor had been bullied for a long time with racial slurs, physical assaults, and psychological manipulation (the disabled teen thinks these boys are his "friends", despite repeated abuse). The boys taught him a KKK song about lynching black people for their own amusement. Finally one day, all three teens ganged up on the survivor, physically beating him and eventually kicking a coat hanger up his butt.

The Idaho Judicial Council could remove Judge Stoker from the bench right now, we must demand that they do so!

Howard is said to be something of a town "golden boy" while the survivor is disabled and comes from one of the only black families in town, which goes to show what white privilege and a connected family in Idaho will do for you. The disabled boy's nickname was "fried chicken" and the coaches knew he was being harassed and bullied and did nothing. Then the coaches tried to coerce him into recanting, by telling him the players would get in trouble and lose their farms. The victim has tried to commit suicide several times.

No one is denying that this crime happened, yet the main teen accused will face ZERO JAIL TIME. Why is this judge who thinks a violent, sexual, and racial crime against a disabled person deserves just a light slap on the wrist allowed to adjudicate?

We must demand that the Idaho Judicial Council or Idaho Legislature removes this judge from the bench immediately for such a horrible lapse in judgment.
