Justice for Roach

A Young Aboriginal man by the name of Jessie Roach was hit by a vehicle on the early mornings of October 13th, and died because of his injuries. This young man, will not receive the proper justice he deserves as the Driver Terry Moscher 73 was only charged with the following:

• Obstruct a Peace Officer as per sec 129 (a) of the Criminal Code of Canada; and with
• Fail to Report Accident as per sec 199 (1) of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.

Not only do they not recognize that he left the scene of a crime, but he should also be charged with vehicular manslaughter.

Sign this petition to have the Ontario Courts look over the investigation and have this man face the proper consequences.

UPDATE:

Recently Terry Moscher has spoken and declared his innocence. Personally I believe in innocent until proven guilty, therefor I believe we should all here his story. He claims that he found the young man on the side of the highway when he was driving with his wife. Now if this is to be true, the Ontario Police have just shown to us that they did not put the time and effort needed for a proper investigation. With this petition we hope that the Crown Attorney will take a better look at this case. Justice for Jessie cannot happen until whom ever has been arrested and convicted of the proper charges.
