CHARGE THREE JUVINILES WHO TORTURED A DOG IN MACEDONIA!!

Three juveniles brutally tortured a homeless dog in Macedonia on December 1rd 2012. The dog’s head was repeatedly pounded on until the poor animal was knocked unconscious from the pain and shock. While he was still alive and breathing, they cut off the dog’s head. The poor dog was tied up to a stake while he was still alive and dragged with a rope so that the perpetrators could boast to the world what heroes they are! This is a monstrous act committed by three people, one out of whom is a minor. Please contact the following authorities in this country to ensure that these people receive maximum punishment for this heinous crime. Everyone needs to know that this animal abuse is NOT tolerable! These people are dangerous to animal as well as to humans, they should NOT be allowed to walk away from such an act of violence.

Please do not let this crime go unpunished. These individuals committed a monstorous act against an innocent dog who was homeless. While he was alive, these boys cut off his headed while he was still alive and dragged his decapitated body on the street. They beat this poor dog until he fell into shock.
