Demand that gamers can sell/trade digitally owned games

On most plattforms, gamers can not sell or trade games they own digitally. They pay a full price for a game, and still don't have the rights that should come with owning a product. 

Pass this question to the European Parliament, who have the power to demand this from publishers and retailers.
