The United Stated should invest all the money it puts on War and invest it into a peaceful beneficial mission of finding a second Earth and maybe even retrieving the diamonds from the planet 55 Cancri e and getting alcohol from the cloud W3(OH) along the way? if these things are already found in space then what makes you think we cant find Oil as well? We have found so much on earth! and earth is SO TINY I know we can find so much more!
