Demand better training for Professional Referees

At some point in our life, most of us either from a players or a fan's standpoint, have dealt with a call that we do not agree with. All professional and collegiate sports officials should have to go through specific training before the beginning of every season to avoid missed calls. Some uncalled penalties are endangering players safety in contact sports such as hockey, football, and lacrosse. Such as a crosscheck in hockey can potentially break a player's neck or paralyze them for life. I have been watching sports since I was a little kid and there have been numerous circumstances where I have been watching a game and an extremely obvious call was missed. There needs to be something done about the way some officials are doing their job because they should not have an outcome on the sporting event.
