Please help 4 year old girl with strange disease

This a heart-breaking story of a 4 year old girl whose name is Nguyen Thu Van and lives in Vinh Long, Vietnam, who suffers from a strange disease that makes her head grows bigger and bigger and now its size is almost twice compared to her whole body. Her father has mental illness and her mother, Mrs. Doan Thi Mai, is very poor that she cannot afford to treat her daughter's disease.

I start this petition with the hope that every kind hearted people from all over the world can donate to help this girl, or else, she'll die soon.
