Support for Saltash Town Council to purchase orchard for £1

We are offering a parcel of our land to Saltash Town Council (STC) as an orchard for £1. This is so they take ownership of the land and prevent any future development on it. This will firstly help to increase the wildlife and habitat in the area, and also gives the residents of Saltash a communal space to enjoy. Residents from near and far can enjoy the tranquil setting next to the river in this idilic location.
