Demand an end to dogs being allowed to ride in the back of pickups without being in a kennel!!!

I witnessed a dog in a pickup being thrown out when the owner turned a corner too quickly.
The dog was seriously injured. Owners of dogs need to take responsibility and put kennels that are tied down if they want their dogs to ride in the back of pickups.
Also, they shouldn't be allowed to ride if the weather is too hot or too cold.
