The 2019 graduates of WJCC schools would like to be able to decorate our caps for our graduation.

We as the graduating class of 2019 would like to have the opportunity to decorate our caps for graduation. Teachers and faculty staff are always directing us to express our different personalities and stand out. If we are eligible to decorate our caps then we will be able to express ourselves. Yes, graduation is about uniformity but we are all different. We all come from different backgrounds, come from different ethnicity and race. We are all different and would like to be able to express ourselves.
