Demand Aibnb.com to allow access to the fees scale

When people travel and want to book a stay using Airbnb.com website, they will be paying fees on top of the rental rate on the scale from 6% to 12% depending on the amount of the rent and what country they live in. But nobody knows how much the percentage will be until the person finalize the booking. If the person wants to cancel the transaction, the fees are non-refundable. I am hosting guests that booked a room in my house using Airbnb.com and every one tells me that their fees are high. When I want to give guest a discount, I am not sure if the fee will go up and by how much. I contacted Airbnb representatives and ask them to show me a scale of the percentage and at what rate it will go up or down. After so many email conversations, the company is still refusing be very specific and tells me that the fees are explained on their website. I agree that it is explained but there is no way to know ahead of time how much you will actually pay. Help me to demand the transparency to make it fair to travelers and to make sure that those fees are not sliding up or down depending on the company's desire to earn more profit.
