Because everyone knows of someone who waits tables and goes to school. People that have gone to school and paid there own way know how hard it is. A great way to do this is by waiting tables. Year after year more and more people chose not to tip. One reason why is they hear in Europe they don't tip. What people don't understand is that in Europe there servers are paid a much higher wage. Legislature in California has passed a law that we are not able to add gratuity this gives people even greater reasons not to tip there servers. We need your help.
