Add Mental Health to School Curriculums Around the World

In many places, no one knows about mental health's importance and how dramatically it impacts people's lives mentally and physically.

That person who sits quietly at the back of the room or the neighbour who is always cutting your grass could be some of the few people who are affected by mental health. Most people don't even know if they have a mental illness due to not having any knowledge or encouragement on mental health.

But by teaching people about it, the stigma may be reduced, people with these problems could feel safer, and more people can be treated earlier. Less people would have to go through the pain of living with these problems that people don't seem to acknowledge.

There is one thing to take away from this: everyone has mental health whether or not we accept it.
