STOP killing Orphan DOG in Rasht (IRAN)!

In begening the year 2015 the mayor of Rasht (a city in north of Iran) decided to kill Orphan DOGS! The iranian animalist called and messaged and met him and he promised to Not killing them! But in 3th januarey they killed Orphan DOGS !
