Give Somerville a virtual education system!

Somerville New Jersey is a small town of just over 12.000 people living on around 2 square miles of land! It is the seat of the Somerset county government; with it's small town population and it's many local community volunteer forums; including the volunteer rescue squad! Community improvement projects and more! Somerville New Jersey is in many ways the ideal human community! And as the capital of Somerset county! A New Jersey county known for such small towns as greenbrook New Jersey population just over 5700! Which don't have the population needed to support a complete k through 12 education system of their own; Somerville New Jersey is also the ideal candidate to being the central base home town for a virtual education system that can fulfill all the pre k through college and beyond education needs of not only the residents of Somerville! But of the entire world via the internet! Which is why I not only as a matter of bestowing a gift to a community as deserving as Somerville; but also as a matter of facilitating the education needs of the world; I am writing this petition to demand that IBM partners with the city and county government in Somerville New Jersey; to create a complete virtual education system! Complete with a virtual museum; library; studio; research and development lab! And much more! With the IBM WATSON or better A.I as the fully computer automating virtual education system's all purpose staff member!
This virtual education system would be a major improvement to the current conventional education system! As the virtual education system would provide each and every student one on one education tailored to that individual student's needs! And provide each and every student fair and equal access to the same unlimited virtual education resources! With the average virtual education system costing a mirr $360 per household a year in internet costs; as opposed to the conventional education system which costs on average $10.000 a year per student just for the school alone! And still won't give the student the personal attention the virtual school would as the conventional school system puts students in classes of 30 students or more! The virtual education system would save the Somerset county government millions of dollars each year in education costs! And well the IBM Watson is programmed to be a good teacher who follows the rules and never commits crimes against the students; providing all students of this virtual education system with a safe educational environment! Countless court cases involving teachers abusing students and exploiting the well fair system to attain more money! Have shown us that a conventional system comprised of many individual teachers; far too many of which are what we often term "bad applies" simply can't ever be made that consistently safe! The benefits of the virtual education system going on from there! Including more land for green space as more "brick and mortar" education facilities are closed down in favor of the virtual system! Which means more trees converting more c.o2 into oxygen! Reducing our carbon footprint! So please sign my petition and give Somerville New Jersey and Somerset county New Jersey (as well as the whole world) this virtual education system! Thank you!
