Allowance of all female students to carry a small black purse for sanitary purposes

All female students should sign this petition due to the fact that we are not allowed to carry a small purse during school hours.  Due to our age range and sanitary purposes we are in need of concealing our feminine products for personal hygiene.  We have to continuously go back and forth to our lockers for our necessities when we can carry them on our person for usage.
