Toby's law!!!

Toby's law. I have started this as my cat died of anti freeze posioning, there is too many cats dieing because of this. People are putting anti freeze in things on purpose to kill cats. I want anti freeze to remake there product to stop it posioning cats, or stop the smell that attracts the cats. It is bringing to much heartbreak. It's cruel!
