Stop my urgently required parking space being taking away from my disabled child

Just so you are aware of the situation I have been placed in and how outrageous it is, I was allocated my parking space in March 2011 and was under the knowledge it was for my exclusive use and was never informed that it was on a temporary loan. On Friday I recieved a letter dating the 19th JULY that as per the lease agreements between Wandle HA and Barratts who are the Development Management Company, that as the development is now complete, they are in the process of selling all the spaces to new property owners on the development that were loaned to Wandle HA, so they would like all their tenants to remove their vehicles from the internal carpark with no alternative solutions, knowing there is no parking in or around the complex. After contacting Wandle HA with their response being although I understand the difficult impact this will have on you but as they had a legal contract between Barratts, there was nothing they could do. So I contacted Barratts in hoping, as they own the spaces that they may be able to allow me to keep my parking space by making my property accessable and as I was an isolated case with exceptional circumstances and the fact there are hundreds of parking spaces on the development that I felt it was achievable, their reply was that all spaces on the development including mine, was sold as of APRIL 2016!!! and that they too cant offer me any resolution to the difficult situation I have been placed in. I informed them that under the Discrimination and Equality Act that they have a legal obligation to offer me the same addition services that are available to all their residents and I felt that it was unfair I was not given the opportunity to buy or rent the space myself. Their responce was that Wandle HA are responsible for this situation being imposed on to me and not them and that there was nothing they could do as again the spaces have since been sold. Having a child with a disabilty, I need an easy reach vehicle at all times, this is not acceptable! I have been informed that Wandle HA have got a property for me to view that will be easily accessible with a parking space, although I will be optimistic, I can't help but be a little sceptical, until I've seen it and deemed it suitable and safe, it does not help me in my immediate future. I hope you can understand how desperate I am, all I want is to be able to care for my daughter with as much ease as possible. Thank you all xxx
