Prevent the expansion to the proposed development located at Cove Drive known as Safe Harbor RV Park

We the residents of Coves Point and Emeral Isle want to prevent any and all expansion to Safe Harbor RV Park.  The proposed development expansion located at Cove Drive known as Safe Harbor RV Park would seriously impact our neighborhood.

1.  Our property values would be adversly impacted. 

2.  The number of RVs entering at Coves Drive would seriously impact the road condition of a street that is minimally safe for a residential neighbor hood.

3.  The additional vehicluar traffic in a residential neighborhood would endanger the residents and their children.
