We the undersigned are seeing increased trespassers in our section of the Towns. This has been increasing for over three months now. First it was fishing with out permission, then sexual encounters at our two gazebos near the lake (discarded prophylactics included), now damage to the azelas at the gazebo nearest to the community parking lot. This to the undersigned is very offensive especially in a community with kids; heavens in any community, no matter the age of the residents! These offensives are very easily solved by enforcing the existing rules of the HOA. It is not and should not be the requirement of the residents to enforce rules set by the Association. We wll gladly obey the rules, it's the enforcement that will get us as individuals in trouble (vandalism to our personal property).
The undersigned thus demand the Association take some action to prevent the culprits of these offensive acts from continuing their unlawful behavior. If the Association would just put up signs warning trespassers that they are under surveillance cameras or simply lock our back gate, maybe it would slow these ingrates down (very doubtful, but it is a start). The undersigned want it on record (the minutes of the next HOA meeting) of the communities' demand to put a stop to this trespassing once and for all! There are other methods that can be taken (as a reminder to the HOA), which include outside legal means. STOP THE TRESPASSERS!!!!!!
