Stop Accidents with a Traffic light or traffic signs

The intersection between 138 and Vickers Road is in need of a traffic light or sign. There have been many accidents at this intersection due to lack of visibility of vehicles coming up this highway there are no warnings for drivers to know there is an intersection upcoming. There is a stop sign on Vickers Road coming out to 138 but drivers cannot see oncoming cars before entering the 138 highway.
