ENACT NEW LAW FOR SEAT-BELTS ON SCHOOL BUSES!!

By law, seat-belts in cars are required, with certain requirements for kids under a certain height and always in back seat of vehicle. Yet, in a SCHOOL BUS, there is a group of kids, some rambunctous, where no seat-belts even exist!

An absurd, asninine OVERSIGHT for sure. Wouldn't you agree?
