Having marijuana legalized will help economically. We spend $14 billion on prohibition, but how is that really helping anything. All that money we spend on that we could be using to help out or community. Why not legalize it. Putting people in person is also wast wing money.putting them in jail has not helped. Matter of fact our prisons are over flowing therefore it causes us to waste more money building more prisons. Why are cops wasting their time with jailing marijuana users? We have more serious problems going around in this nation then having to arrest people for marijuana reasons.
Many people already do it why not legalize it. If the government can legalize alcohol, prescribed medication & Tabaco, than why not marijuana. All three has killed millions of people annually. How many death has marijuana killed by just consuming it? Zero.
People need to step up and take charge the right way show the government that what they are doing is wrong.
Studies have shown that Marijuana isn't a gateway drug, It hasn't killed anyone, It doesn't cause brain damage. Why still have it illegal than. This country is known for freedom & equal rights, but not having marijuana legalized is not keeping up to date with that claim. Legalizing marijuana is not to support marijuana use it is to support the nation in many ways. So why have nature agains the law?
