Let Charlie have a photo done for his mum!

Charlie's mum is unable to visit him. All he is asking for is a PHOTO to be taken, to be sent to his mum, who is too ill to visit him.

We will continue to challenge this until HMP and the faceless powers that be show a little human compassion and allow Charlie to have a photo taken that he can send to his mum.
