Democratic Party: Give Prolife Democrats A Voice!

There is a silenced majority within the Democratic Party. We are prolife Democrats. We are prolife about abortion. We also support the issues that Democrats cherish, such as advocating for the poor, the homeless, and those with disabilities. We also oppose income inequality and socioeconomic injustice. We value fairness for women and families. There are at least an estimated 21 million of us prolife Democrats (See more below about this figure).
All of us who value the sanctity of all human life want all abortion to end. At this time, though, abortion is seen as a partisan, political, divisive issue. It is seen as a Republican issue. Republicans are generally prolife. Democrats are generally seen as prochoice. As long as protecting the unborn is seen as a divisive political issue, abortion will remain legal. The Democratic Leadership is owned by Planned Parenthood. This takes the votes of prolife Democrats away from the Party. It holds this Party back.
The Democratic Leadership need to accept prolife Democrats. This would win many more votes from us prolife Democrats who would vote for our such Democrats when given a choice. This would enfranchise those of us who feel that no one really speaks for us. It would bring the prolife movement closer to ending abortion. Abortion would become unthinkable

As for the 21 million figure, Democrats for Life says on their Facebook Page: "This a figure we have used for many years. I believe it is based on the 2008 or 2012 election which used raw data on registration (as well as estimates based on polling, etc. in the states where voters do not register by party to calculate that final number). This number was 60-65 million, I believe. We used 30% or 33% as the % who identify as pro-life from one of the recent polls at that time. We might be able to track down the original post/numbers somewhere but those are the rough numbers."
To Current Democratic Chair, Tom Perez, Deputy Chair, Keith Ellison, House Minority Leader Nancy Polosi, and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer:
We request that you give prolife Democrats a voice within the Party. We do not want to hurt the Party. We only want to be a voice for the unborn within the Party. We value all life, both unborn and born. Some among us qualify for running for public office and should be allowed to do that. This would enfranchise prolife Democrats. We believe it would strengthen the Democratic Party and win more votes.
Electability and Prolife Democrats
We request that you welcome dissenting prolife Democrats within the Party. Allow them to run for state and national positions. Consider giving them superdelegates. Nominate them in your conventions. Allow them to win elections.
