End Dog Torture in Puppy Mills. Help Ban Sales in Reno!

Sixty jurisdictions have passed this ban as nearly all dogs, cats and rabbits in retail stores are sourced from the despicable and sickening puppy-mill industry: large-scale breeding operations where the animals' care is secondary to the profit they bring.
We're asking 8 local jurisdictions to be a part of the national trend to care for animals tortured their entire lives in cages that don't have to be any more than 6" from their noses, without veterinary care, a loving touch, a toy or even have a name.
We have a local petition that has netted 12,000 local signatures, but now we need the whole world to weigh-in.

We support an update in local and state laws to enact a ban on the sale of dogs, rabbits and cats in retail stores in throughout the State of Nevada and in each jurisdiction.

Update on the Reno Puppy Sales/Puppy Mill Ban:
Thanks to your signatures, the City Council of Reno will likely be voting on our requested initiative in October.
