Bring Champ/Dean back to SOp!

There is a large amount of corruption in #LakeRP and we feel that with the current affairs, I should be put back onto SOp status so I can bring order into chaos. The current order of OPs, they need to be bought back down to Earth and have someone maintaining their actions. The people need their true OP back!
