Change "Weakening Curse" to "Spooky Curse" and "Enfeebling Curse" to "Scary Curse"

We, as members of the smite community, have basic human rights. One of those rights is items that have names that align. To that effect, we demand that "Weakening Curse" be renamed to "Spooky Curse" and "Enfeebling Curse" be renamed to "Scary Curse". It's only justice, in honor of creepier curse.
