Stop the Death Penalty of innocent pets!

Miracles happen everyday right? This has been a very long fight for my family. Bella, boxer mix, and Brinks, American Bulldog mix, were taken from their home on November 3, 2015. They have been locked in a small cage away from each other, away from their warm beds, their loving family that care deeply for them. They just aren't pets kept in a home, they are family members that have grown from puppies to happy outgoing teenagers full of love, snuggles, sloppy kisses, drooling unexpected smooches, wagging tails, ear to ear smiles.

Now our home is quiet, no crying to crawl into bed late at night, no paws running through the kitchen at dinner time.No sad puppy eyes for that last piece of bacon at breakfast. No overly excited butt wagging when you get home from work. All that love, all that fur we love allover our clothes, all them slobbery kisses taken away from us for a little mistake.

On November 3, 2015, we were getting new cable services installed. The gentleman who arrived to our home were so kind and professional, did an excellent job. Sadly enough, the gate was mistakenly left open. Any human being can make that mistake. As soon as they were finished, our fur babies needed to go potty, so without knowing that the gate was open we let them go handle business. Soon there was a knock at the door, the neighbor said I think your dogs are out. Ran out to see the gate open and they were running back into the yard. Well shortly after that, another knock, animal control. And I am sure it was a long day and this certain officer was ready to go home when he got this call. He was very unhappy, not polite in the slightest. Without hesitation, without letting us explain, our babies were taken from our home and have been in the city shelter since. Please help us save their lives at the very least.
