Demand answers for doubled electric bills from Meade County Recc

Several hundred electric bills under the authority of Meade County Recc has doubled or tripled in the last few month. Meade county Recc gives the explanation of the high cost of electric is due to the low temperatures we have had this winter. Saying that we are using more electric ,But we have had above temperatures in our area and our bills are more than last years cold winter we demand answers why this is happening?

We the people and members of local Meade county recc and other recc co-op located across the state demand to know answers to why most of our eletric bills have double or tipled in the recent months? Even tho we have had a very warm spring like winter this year.
