Logan House Back Deck Music License

Here at Kelly's Logan House music is not an after thought, it is an identity. For years we have played music out back to the enjoyment of our varied clientele. Many of our clientele really enjoyed the opportunity to listen to great music, bask in some fantastic weather and avoid the late night crowds. Unfortunately, a handful of folks moved into the area and found our music less than desirable. They expended some energy and found that contrary to the believe of the City, ABC and Kelly's Logan House we actually never had a specific variance. We were asked to cease all music immediately and obliged.

Over the course of the last 18 months the frustrations of our guests who valued those great early evenings or Saturday afternoons has grown. We feel at this time it is best to revisit the application. In order to do so we must compel the city to hear our case.
