Petition to implement Plates on horse drawn buggies throughout Pennsylvania (united States) (Signatures Out Side PA Will be Deleted)
We feel this action is very important as more and more crimes are being committed every week throughout Pennsylvania involving horse drawn buggies and carts. we feel the plates would give law enforcement a better tool to identify and bring the criminals to justice.
We the people of Pennsylvania and signers of this petition, petition to implement identifying plates for non motor horse drawn buggies here in Pennsylvania! In the last few years you can see in police reports incidents involving horse drawn non motor vehicles is on the rise! and if you were to ask a state trooper i am sure they would tell you its hard to write something up that has no id. It would also help to catch those fleeing the scene of a crime!!! One big factor with the state police dealing with these individuals is that they have a hard time issuing any thing on them with out some kind of I'd or tag number. DUI Are on the rise in Pennsylvania and every weekend these non motor vehicles are on the road tossing beer cans as they go. our goal here is to get these plates so that our state troopers have the means to handle this particular situation. Indiana has implemented these non motor vehicle plates let's Catch Pennsylvania up.
