Government of Spain: end the pushback of migrants at the borders for good!

The European Court of Human Rights has recently stated that the pushback of immigrants at the Spanish borders is illegal, and has condemned the Spanish State for violating European regulations, forcing to compensate some of the victims.

The Spanish government tried to impose the fiction that the immigrants that were arrested crossing the border they had never entered Spain and could be returned to the other side of the border without any possibility of appeal.

This sentence makes clear that this practice is contrary to Human Rights, but the Spanish government has not given the clear and necessary steps to eradicate it. It's important to sign this petition to ask to the government of Spain to stop applying the pushback of migrants at the borders and to abolish all the national legal dispositions that still allow it.
