Thank Chicago legislators from banning pet shops from selling puppies from puppy mills.

Thank the City of Chicago legislators for setting a good example by banning pet shops from selling puppies obtained from puppy mills. The new law only allows pet shops to sell puppies obtained from the Humane Societies, rescue organizations, and animal shelters.
