We as a floor have come together to urge you to reinstate Nicholas Escobar as our RA. We understand the circumstances that have led to the termination of Nicholas Escobar RA position an hope you will reconsider. We all have grown closer as a community with Nicholas as our RA and continue to grow with each passing day. We understand that this situation should not go unpunished as we feel probation is a better alternative the termination.
